In this zip folder you will find the design file format of the combined programme-project logo. Please update it with your project acronym and create the standard file formats to be used by the partners e.g. JPG or PNG.
Please be aware that you might need different colour versions of the logo type, in case of use on different backgrounds ref. design guidance.

Web Analytics
All mini-websites will have an own usage tracker provided via Plausible. The data collected by Plausible is limited, but simple and effective.
Each project communication manager will have direct access to Plausible for the project they are concerned, it is possible to set weekly and monthly reports sent via email.
Once your site is set, contact the Programme Communication Manager to receive the link and credentials.
4. Communication Templates
Project document
All project partners should use the combined logo in a visible manner on project documents e.g. deliverables, minutes, reports, etc. and communications material relating to the implementation of the project.
An example of a Word project document can be downloaded below. The word Acronym can be replaced with the actual project acronym directly in the file.

5. GDPR and Imprint
Personal data consent
Collecting GDPR consent forms ensures you have clear, documented permission to process personal data, helping you comply with legal requirements and protect individuals' privacy.
A photo that clearly shows a person is considered personal data under GDPR, as it can be used to identify them. Therefore please:
Inform and receive consent on the use of people’s images, including partners, stakeholders, and events’ participants. For individuals under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before collecting or processing their personal data.
Ask the partners and event/workshop participants to sign a GDPR consent form if you intend to publish media material that portraits them.
The Lead Partner and partner should store the GDPR consent forms among the project documents.
Good practice:
Ask project partners to sign a letter of consent at the kick-off meeting. Letter_of_consent_example.docx
Add a consent statement in your event registrations.
Imprint example
The imprint page (also known as the colophon) provides essential information about the publication, including the title, author(s), publisher, copyright notice, ISBN, and other publication details.
Including an imprint page is important because it:
Fulfills legal and copyright requirements
Ensures transparency and proper attribution
Supports referencing and cataloguing
Confirms the identity of the publisher or organisation
Provides contact details for further information
It contributes to the professionalism, credibility, and traceability of the publication.
6. Design assets
